The largest helicopter exhibition fair HeliExpo-2020 was attended by FORTRESS GLOBAL
On January 27-30, 2020, the 72nd specialized exhibition fair HeliExpo took place at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. The representatives of FORTRESS GLOBAL PTE LTD Company visited this world’s largest forum dedicated to presenting and selling helicopters. HeliExpo has been held on an annual basis since the late 1940s and is considered to be the world’s most prestigious helicopter industry exhibition.
Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, hosted the 72nd HeliExpo specialized exhibition fair on January 27-30, 2020. This is the world’s largest forum for the helicopter industry.
This air forum has no single place: the event is hosted by various cities of the United States. At the same time, about 80% of its participants and visitors are Americans and around 20% are foreign companies and delegations.
The world’s No1 helicopter exhibition
On 27-30 of January 2020, more than seven hundred companies engaged in this field took part in HeliExpo helicopter exhibition. During the forum, the exhibition pavilions were attended by about twenty thousand professional visitors. More than 60 civil and military helicopters were presented to the specialists and common visitors.
Traditionally, the main target audience of HeliExpo-2020 consisted of a wide range of helicopter industry specialists. Besides helicopter owners, these included employees of sales and marketing departments of commercial companies; employees of government organizations; air industry specialists (pilots, service personnel, and others).
Helicopters were demonstrated to the specialists
The representatives of FORTRESS GLOBAL PTE LTD visited this international air forum, where participating companies presented their products, technological innovations, and cooperation advantages to the visitors.
Besides the exhibition fair, FORTRESS GLOBAL employees took an active part in the accompanying meetings, seminars, and master classes. Their topics were divided into specialized blocks dedicated to:
- helicopters,
- engines,
- batteries,
- components and spare parts,
- airborne electronics,
- fuel and fuel tanks, filters, and pumps,
- hydraulics and pneumatics.
As a part of the exhibition, about a hundred of training courses, seminars, and master classes took place. Everyone interested was able to take a free tour round Robinson Helicopters factory in Torrens in the neighborhood of Anaheim. HeliExpo-2020 became a remarkable event in the global aviation industry.
