This includes a package of measures aimed at meeting the manufacturer’s commitments to the buyer within the specified time period, ensuring complete and safe operation of a particular helicopter model within the scope of its performance specifications. Warranty event occurrence

Course of actions on the part of the buyer and the seller in case any problems occur during the warranty period:

  1. Flaw detection in components and assemblies through the seller’s fault. With proof of their occurrence not through the client’s fault, the specialists of the selling party perform corrective maintenance replacing parts with new ones or the ones repaired at their expense.
  2. Flaw occurrence through the buyer’s fault. In this case, the seller repairs or replaces components and parts at the client’s expense.
  3. Given the customer has an opportunity to perform repair operations during the warranty period by its own efforts or through third qualified parties, it will require the written permission of the selling party. For this end the customer draws up and sends a notice of defect to the seller. After considering the notice and accompanying technical documentation, the selling party gives permission to perform the repairs or raises a justified refusal.

The seller bears no responsibility in case of violation of the transportation conditions, storage, maintenance and operation rules, unauthorized changes in the aircraft design or configuration performed by the buyer, which could lead to flaws and defects.
